For more than twenty years, I have been helping large organizations effectively manage their teams and work processes. As Vice President of Human Resources for Universal Orlando, I played a key role in the expansion and restructuring of the HR team, and in the business expansion itself, as we added City Walk, Islands of Adventure, and hotels to the Orlando property. Prior to that, I enjoyed 10 years with Frito-Lay, as a Director of Human Resources. I led regional HR teams in Michigan and in Florida, assisting with business growth, leadership capability, and driving the development of a positive employee culture.
